For most people, lack of sleep can impair decision-making ability and cause other problems with performance.
It’s true that there are some people that can function on less sleep. You might even think you’re one of those people. But the reality is that you probably aren’t. Only 1%-3% of the population can function that way.
So, instead of sacrificing sleep, get your full amount. You’ll make better decisions, show better stamina when it comes to work, and get more accomplished overall.
Overwork harms your business especially with burnout becomes an issue. If you work hard to the point where you start to feel the onset of burnout, it can be a huge problem. You don’t want to get in that place. You lose your passion for your project, and your business can suffer.
