Great observation Justin and I agree. In a highly-competitive marketplace it's important to have the correct market positioning and dominate mindshare. With the correct execution, your target market will feel as if you are speaking directly to them, addressing their pain-points, while expressing your capability. Easily solved by researching your customers (not your support groups) and asking the right questions. Those insights can then be carried over to leverage low-cost marketing efforts with greater returns.
