While there is no hard and fast rule, here are a few questions I would ask myself before I hire someone -

1. Do I have established processes in place?
2. Has automation and tools taken me as far as I can go?
3. Have I maximized the use of AI?

If you answered yes to all of these, then it might be time to consider a hire.

Remember, hiring not only becomes one of the most expensive investments you make as a Founder, but it also has a direct impact on other people's lives.
