I am going on year 7 and am finally seeing the fruits of my labor! I want to start building a marketing team but have no idea where to start. I have not had success hiring freelancers and want someone in house to help me build sales funnels, my social media, website updates, collaborating on video projects,
Happy to help with some suggestions, but it depends on your business, product, vertical and stage etc. For example suggestions for a B2C Fashion Ecommerce startup will be very different from those for a B2B SaaS Startup!

Hey Catherine, I am happy to chat about this, I spend my days looking into the marketing function and how tha should work. Freelancers can be good but can be tricky to get right when you are aiming to do multi channel marketing, as a they often specialise in one thing, and freelancers that are generalists can also not be so effective. In full transparancy I run a unique Marketing as a Service (MaaS) model, which is multi channel marketing at an affortable fixed monthly price.
