My name is Christiana Chi Moiwo, and I am passionate about mental health and personal growth. Having faced my own 20-year journey with mental well-being, I’ve learned the importance of resilience and empathy. I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Information Technology, where I combine my skills with my desire to create positive change. I’m also working on Phantom Friends, a mental health app designed to connect and support individuals with similar challenges. My goal is to use my experiences to help others on their healing journey.
