With nearly 28 years in the financial services industry—primarily in learning & development—I spent over 15 years managing leadership development programs. I loved the variety: consulting, course design, vendor relations, podcast coordination, budgeting, and more.
In March 2024, I took a career break to recharge and explore my next chapter. That journey led me to launch Sweet Relief Solutions—a business built on my passion for helping others thrive in life and business.
