Steven Dolan is a serial entrepreneur, elite sales performer, and creative visionary with a lifelong passion for business innovation. He founded Travelle Inc. to disrupt and unify the global travel industry through AI, immersive media, and a values-driven platform approach. His leadership combines real-world execution with bold vision—shaped by a life journey that began in a trailer park in Ramona, California.

Steven’s entrepreneurial spirit emerged early, inventing product concepts in childhood and starting his first job at age 10. He quickly rose through competitive sales environments—from Circuit City to 4 Wheel Parts—consistently breaking records. He ranked #1 or #2 in a national sales force of over 450 representatives for four consecutive years, and placed in the top 40 out of 3,500+ U.S. salespeople at Sunglass Hut within just 90 days.

He went on to become a partner at WICR Waterproofing & Construction within two years, personally taking the company from $1.5 m/ yr to $12.9 mil/ yr and continuously accounting for 54% of the companies total revenue every year for 17 years —outperforming all his peers combined. He later launched and exited Division 7 Sheet Metal, a vertically integrated manufacturing company, and continues to operate SMD Enterprises, a consulting firm with consistent six-figure annual revenue.

In 2024, Steven made the bold decision to walk away from corporate success—selling his home, vehicles, and yacht to self-fund Travelle with a two-year runway. Today, Travelle represents more than a business. It’s a deeply personal mission to democratize access to seamless, emotionally intelligent travel experiences—powered by technology, driven by purpose.
