We recently partnered with a major player in the skydiving industry (Flight-1.com) to help launch their parachute flight simulator (S1M) using our VR software. To give you an idea: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DHEe6gfSLbO/.
We succeeded for the four days of the recent Parachute Industry Association Symposium. We were booked solid and have a solid pipeline of potential military and civilian buyers of the S1M (which costs $750k each). Flight-1 won the "Best Booth" award. Flight-1 has a patent on the hardware design of S1M.
We have a deal with Flight-1 for the first two sales of S1M. My tech specialist lawyer has already drafted a contract to define our business relationship with Flight-1, which will be a starting point. I am seeking guidance/direction/perspective/advice on negotiating the deal for future sales.
