Questions

Mentoring in helping a company go from $20 to $50 mill annual revenues.

I have a management consulting role with a internet based direct marketing company and my primary role is to help the company grow in size. It would be great to bounce some ideas around with someone experienced.

Hi there

Sounds like a great challenge - would love to bounce some ideas around with you. I've been building businesses for over 12 years now and have consulted with numerous global brands on business strategy, marketing programs, business model design, and digital marketing.

Let me know?

Best,
Matt

Glad to discuss as well. It is impossible to be theoretical on this topic - so please ask a specific question or raise an issue.

One quick comment though - company growth must be in the job description of all employees!
If you are the only one charged with this, you are in trouble!

I saw this post, and don't know if you ever connected with anyone who could help you. I staarted in the direct marketing business 30+ years ago, my wife and I built one of the earliest email marketing platforms (which we sold to a public company a few years ago). We definitely understand the space and would be interested in helping you if we fit the bill.

That sounds like an exciting role to be working. I am not sure whether you got any sold assistance from anyone yet.

For a business to maintain its performance, its employees have to follow the system and be on the same page.

For a business to grow, 10 - 20% of its employees have to be on the same page and willing to go the extra mile to provide extra value for its clients.

For a business to multiply its revenue within a short period of time, at least 50 - 75% of its employees have to not only be on the same page, they also have to be willing to change their habits and mindset, and willing to go the extra mile to provide extra value for its clients and contribute their strengths proactively to support the exponential growth of the company. Thus, you need a leader who is very clear on his or her vision to lead by example and has the ability to inspire the employees to grow together.

Here's just by quick two cents. Feel free to reach out to be if you want to share with me more about your company, your role in this growth, and how much influence & leverage you have in your position.
