Our customers (US debt holders) approach us occasionally for advise on how to refinance their home loans. We are not an originator ourselves. I would like to have a single individual, ideally, we could pass our customers to for help sourcing the right options and, if appropriate, going through the refi process. All thoughts welcome.

Hello,
Most lenders are regional, due to regional laws and lending requirements. My recommendation would be to do a google search for a National Broker, with the expectation that you may find 5-6 regional brokers to cover the entire USA.
