What is the best way to negotiate valuation at Angel funding?

What parameters can be changed to improve valuation during Angel funding? I realize that the whole purpose of Angel funding is not for valuing the company, but still setting the cap/discount creates a valuation of kind.


Obviously the answer to this depends on a couple of items, but an Angel round depending if it is a priced or non-priced round, the valuation is usually dependent on traction, market size, team (history of success), unique IP with a high barrier to entry and growth rate.
