How do you compete in a business where the professionals don't give priority to value added product and services that you offer?

Hello! What you are asking after, is an age old business challenge; One that can be addressed, utilizing the modern tools of social media, to help stake your product and service position. The competition are doing what they are supposed to do; They are selling the ‘sizzle’ not the steak; by offering lower prices with less value added services than you do. There will always be customers who initially react to a lower perceived price offering. However; there are a number of ways to compete against price; but I’d first need to know more about what exactly you are selling; your current market position; your competitive price points; margins etc. The competition are the new guys in town, as you rightly noted. They need to attack you as the veteran in the industry; the incumbent “gold standard’ as it were; by offering price related discounted values. Your counter is to remind the customers and prospects of what exactly you offer and how your product stand out from the competition. Let’s talk!

I'd say that market knowledge is incredibly important. You can buy a business at any revenue point, but if you don't know much about the market it's in or the industry, you could very well tank it. Do your due diligence and understand your exact plan and intentions of what you'd do with the newly bought asset to make sure that it has the resources needed to continue doing it's best and growing.

I would monitor the traffic on what app store your app is being downloaded to pinpoint frequency of downloads from individual markets, turnover rates from users, and ratings and comments which would contain valuable information from your users. Determining what previously provoked users to your product, what works what doesn't which such a large user base you should be able to derive a bunch of user data to be able to derive a methodology to further study habits of users and pinpoint at least some of the commonalities of good vs bad for your app. To start you of look into Google Analytics, Fireball, Flurry, they are pretty sold for analytics of small to medium size traffic. All in all whatever method you use please take to account the current privacy issues now in your collection of data to avoid any future complications.

1) CloudFlare is flakey. If you're attempting to manage SEO, avoid using CloudFlare or any tech which lives between your Website + your visitors. 2) Squarespace allows very little SEO control. Switch to WordPress, if you're running a business you'll be working on for years.

People talk to people they like but people do business with people they trust. You don't actually sell them on anything you provide insight and help them on what's best for them even though it may not create an immediate sale you are building a relationship which will develop over time.

A good Selling technique is do not go in right away to the benefit or technical stuff. First state your intention. Ex. Hi john, I'm calling you today because i believe our service can help you increase your sells. then ask How is your sales team doing are they motivated enough to make sales? are they making enough calls? poke and prod and talk about your service.

Hello, If I am assuming that you have all these chats per day stored(If not storing these chats on a data warehouse for reporting purposes is an option). There is software such as Nvivo which is great for qualitative analysis which you can use for these tasks. There are also packages for R, Python and even Excel for analyzing data.

Catch 22? Not at all...You need to project your weakness ( according to you) as a strength. Be open and bold about your online business. It is work experience and not a career break! You take that experience to the companies who are in the same line of business and you are very exciting for them. Please dont waste your time with recruiters. They have fixated ideas and mandates and can rarely identify or appreciate real talent. You need to get rid off your baggage you are carrying in your head. Your non-profit work would never become a business as your target customers cant afford to pay. Keep it that way and continue doing good karma. Join relevant LinkedIn groups based on your business and connect with like minded people. Target businesses in the same domain and directly contact them seeking appointments with hiring managers. Go as an entrepreneur and explore synergies. There is no shame in saying that your business did not work. But analyze why. If you feel that it is only because you did not promote it actively, then please go ahead and promote the hell out of it. Being an entrepreneur is the best work experience any employer can get as you would know the entire business cycle. You never know, your promotion, done in the right way may actually create more jobs!

What are some of the things users are saying that show you it's hard for them to understand the system? Do you have any consistency in areas where people are having trouble? Are you using any tools to track conversion rates through your funnel, and have those metrics gotten worse since your redesign? Feel free to book time with me if you want to dig in.

Hi, great question. You determine the value of the business before the partner joins, then you determine the value of what they bring. You then issue new shares to them. I made this video which may clear things up a bit for you. https://youtu.be/1EjKjSAd1F8 And this one about share dilution: https://youtu.be/FtogXYXCC1s If you want to discuss your specific circumstances, please feel free to request a call. How should I hire an app developer?

First, you need to consult with someone who understands the complexity of the app that you request it. This person can be your friends who have background in CS or IT. Usually, people usually hire some freelancer or developer team and you pay it hourly. Once finished, you can just ask those team to migrate the ownership to you and hire some freshgrads in computer to just do maintenance of your app. you can check https://www.freelancer.com/.

Hello! Thought I was just give you some quick insight on Social media marketing just in general. So the good thing about social media marketing is that. All the hacks and tips generally are universal no matter the location. Here’s some things you want to do to stand out : 1.) Creat ATTENTION. You want people to be attracted to your brand or your “advertisement”. You have got to be different. Since you are new, you want to grab peoples attention. Weather that’s the colors you use, the ad text you use, the emotional ad whatever. Make sure it grabs attention. . 2.) be on all social media platforms. You want to be on Twitter, instagram, Facebook, google, YouTube. Not necessarily because you use all of them. But just to show more credibility for the brand. You want people to know you’rs Just as legit as apple or Samsung. 3.) lastly, it doesn’t matter what market you’re in. You’ll never know what really works until you get out there and try. Yes these tips are universal But you can’t expect to watch a lot of soccer and automatically be Messi. You gotta practice. Get a good feel for what people respond to well. And what doesn’t respond well, etc. If you are interested in more I can for sure schedule some type of call Witt you to help you out bud

To answer your question directly, the best way to figure our the optimal revenue model is by doing exactly what you're doing right now: evaluate the trends, challenges in the market and calculate how much it costs to build your user base relative to the revenue (potential) they bring in. Commonly if your CAC is out of alignment people start by focusing on the tactics through which they acquire (which to be fair is only natural.) I though like to start on the custom side and work my way backwards. Are you targeting the "right" customers relative to your opportunity in the market. Start by focusing on this question first and making sure you're targeting the right market for your app/service. Next, I would see if you can fractionalize that market further down into a more specific/narrow subset of potential customers. This should allow you to maximize what you are producing in terms of revenue potential and also cut down on the acquisition costs side since you can focus your nozzle more directly towards the target. The bottom line is dont overlook an opportunity to make sure your target market is clearly defined and confirmed/validated. And dont be afraid to question potential false-positives (i.e. just because someone will buy your service doesn't make them necessarily the ideal customer.) try to create multiple layers and variables of filtering that help you make sure you've got the right group of people in your sights.

At first you should add Trust Seals if you haven't already. The next thing to do is get a few Instagram influencers to promote your product. User Generated Content (UGC) is a great trust builder. You should generate UGC from your retargeting campaigns as well. Also if I may ask why are you not running Facebook ads to the store. Also are you running Search network ads or Google Shoppiing ads right now?

Hey, I am CEO @ Incredo (www.incredo.co) and we do app marketing for start-ups Assuming you have already on Google Play or Appstore you may consider submitting your app to other marketplaces as well. There are various other app stores on the online market where you can upload your app. According to One Platform Foundation, if an app is submitted on other relatively less popular stores, it will increase the expected downloads 200% more compared to Google Play. These are some very good app stores that you should consider: --GetJar --SlideMe --Opera Mobile Store --AppsLib --Amazon Appstore --AppBrain Participating in app awards is the most recommended channel and I would highly suggest you take advantage of it. It can give you tons of press, exposure, reviews and plenty of downloads. Although the chances of winning very much depend on your pitch and app idea, however, if you manage to get things right the first time, you can expect to enjoy a little stardom. These are some of the most famous app awards sites: --Appy Awards --Best App Ever Awards --AppCircus competition --Apple Design Awards --Appsters Awards --Ericsson Application Awards --The Webby Awards --Best Mobile App Awards --OZApp Hope these help. 1.Think About What Excites and Energizes You This one's the first obvious step—we all want to enjoy and actually like our careers. (Perhaps the biggest sign you're on the wrong path is if you dread talking about your job.) While passion isn't the only requirement for being content in your career, many would say it's still essential, if only because passion is what keeps you going even through the tough times. 2. But Also Keep in Mind What You're Good At Maybe you don't feel that passionate about any specific career—or you love multiple areas and can't decide on just one. Then it's time to think about your personality and focus on the skills you have. "Don't do what you love. Do what you are 3.Use the G+P+V Formula The perfect career for you would most likely fit the G+P+V formula, which stands for Gifts + Passions + Values. Consider your strengths and passions, as we've noted above, and your values—what's nonnegotiable about the way you work? U are on the right path if u have the 3 point based on the above formula

I will help You keep customers engaged longer.

You can of course use analytics that will give you statistics, but will not answer "Why?". Gathering Customer Feedback is crucial and You have to be preprared for low response rates. For better understanding of Customers' interactions with Your site You can use tracking/heatmap solutions (i.e. Crazy Egg or Hotjar). But most important is to define goals and identify steps that lead to them - what do You expect Customer will do or act like? What needs to be done to acheive it? Then start monitor those steps, gather feedback, mae changes and see if this works looking at stats.
