Mindfulness
Most people overthink decisions — worrying about making the ‘wrong’ choice, disappointing others, or not being enough. The constant mental replay steals peace because the mind stays stuck in the future instead of the present. Overthinking feels like protection, but it often creates more stress than clarity. Learning to pause, question the thought, and come back to the moment is usually where peace slowly returns. Feel free to post your answer to this question!

I ate chaos for breakfast. Grab a chair.
It doesn't really matter what you overthink.
Overthinking is just fear wearing a productivity costume. It feels like you're solving something. You're not. You're just postponing the moment you have to trust yourself by getting real with yourself.
The thought is not the truth. It's a projection — a movie your mind plays in a cinema that doesn't exist yet.
Peace doesn't come from resolving every thought. It comes from realising you don't have to.
You've survived 100% of your worst days so far. Your mind just forgot to update its files.
