Is Clarity being used to run a phishing scam

I just got a message from the "Clarity Support Team" telling me a customer had paid and I needed to verify my banking details. This redirected me to here: https://official.capital/order/card/mUk01bRImoRY/ I never had this issue with orders in the past. Chatbot was unresponsive. Has anybody else experienced this?
