Do you have design staff in your team? I think the problem now is that no one is really buying clothes. You can sell services to at least keep minimal cash-flow coming in.
Another thought as a Dad, is to pivot to baby and children's clothing. They keep growing virus or not. I've had to buy a size up twice now for my daughter since COVID started.

Hi
I'm sorry that you're having difficult times. Many people are.
Try do something original and change direction for now. For example, why not make t-shirts with funny Corona related prints on them, and sell them to private people online. Like: "Day 14 of Corona..." and then a picture of someone doing something funny at home...there's a lot of funny memes/images/jokes going around, and putting these on a t-shirt so people can buy them for themselves and others should be great. You could partner with existing online shops that sell other things, because these shops would place larger orders.
I know it's not easy, but try think of different solutions and not just the regular type of business you where in. This could be an opportunity, not only a difficulty.
I've successfully helped over 350 entrepreneurs, startups and businesses, and I would be happy to help you. I would continue producing by building buffers of simple layouts which you will find readily available when the order comes. That will eventually save you time and get the customer's order ready in no time. If you want to discuss further let me know so i will explain more in detail.

The COVID-19 pandemic is already ushering in a host of challenges to US industrial manufacturers, especially those that depend on workers whose jobs cannot be carried out remotely. About 80% of manufacturers expect that the pandemic will have a financial impact on their business, according to a recent survey of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). That is significantly higher than the 48% of cross-industry companies that are concerned about the same impact, which is based on CFO responses to a recent PwC survey. The majority of those in the manufacturing sector (53%) expect COVID-19 to impact their operations, the NAM survey reported. Indeed, we are already seeing these grim expectations become a reality in the sector, amid plummeting oil prices and demand, supply chain bottlenecks, spending slowdowns and jitters over the credit markets.
A question like yours was raised in “Dear HBR”. I hope it will help you a lot in understanding what you should do, how you should cope with the situation and help your manufacturing units: https://hbr.org/podcast/2020/10/safe-workplaces
