For SEO purposes, is best to have https://domain.com/country/presentazioni (which means presentations in Italian) OR https://domain.com/presentazion?

I am trying to find a balance between SEO efficiency and management overhead (https://domain.com/country/presentazioni is quite some headache)

Unless you are trying to rank for /"country"/, it does not matter for search engine optimization purposes.

If you are using a CMS like WordPress, you can actually edit these categories and tags in bulk. It would take approximately 2 minutes.

The best URL structure for a website with multiple languages or countries is to have individual subdomains for them.

While it offers efficient access management, it works very well for SEO as well.
