What should be prepared for a strategic partner meeting?

We are a bio med start up in the early stage. Pre-IND. Until now some grants, some internal funds. We need to get prepared to meet strategic partners. One of our research partners expressed a wish to invest in the product that we are creating together (patent pending). We have different roles/input in the process and it's a big organization. What needs to get prepared for this meting?
