A successful executive ready to help you!
The easy answer is Yes! You must review results on a consistent basis to hold yourself accountable but to also analyze what went well and what did not go well. Too many times business owners fail to make adjustments based on the feedback they are receiving.
Having a mentor or peer you can discuss these results is ideal but if do not have that luxury getting a expert in your industry as a free lance coach/consultant on the phone once a month is a option to consider.

Business Developer - Coach - Influencer
I hope you are doing great! You are right as a solopreneur it can be hard to stick and accomplish your goals with so much to do...I can relate to that.
In my experience (personal and helping clients) I'd recommend you to answer the following questions:
- Why do I want to get those results?
- Why am I committed to getting the results I want?
- What will I get from achieving them?
- How will it impact the quality of your life and those you care about?
Answering those questions will allow you to prioritize your results...
Once you have them make a plan on how you can achieve them and try to create a systematic approach to them (create a process) and you should review your process everyday.
I would also recommend a coach he will give you other insights and you can review your progress weekly or bymonthly.
If I can further assist you please let me know :)

President, Hen House Ventures
Every entrepreneur and executive needs to do this, and on a monthly basis. I am president of a 4+ year old company, and I have a business coach that is also a lawyer (I need that type of sounding board). As a lawyer, he certainly pays close attention and pushes me at every meeting. And we never end a meeting without scheduling our next session. I met him through a group called The Alternative Board. It's a localized goals-driven, CEO/ President only networking organization. Check it out if you want to pursue this seriously.

🌎Harvard Certified Global Corporate Trainer🌍
My best help comes from mentor because at its best, mentoring promotes the desire to acquire skills and provides an additional forum to complement learning on the job and formal training initiatives. Mentoring can provide valuable feedback for the mentee about the way their career is progressing and this, in turn, can challenge their thinking and any assumptions they may have made. A good mentor can also help an individual accept the negative feedback they are bound to receive from time to time and manage it more constructively.
