How do I pay Bangladeshi-based Virtual Assistant & setup his payroll?

My company is based in the U.S. & has U.S. Bank accounts, my assistant lives in Bangladesh & the country doesn't accept PayPal. Other than bank transfer, how can l automatically pay his salary from my company accounts & setup payroll?
