How much information should I share with my employees?

Being a Founder is like being a parent.

It's often a nuanced approach on deciding what is appropriate to share and what is better left unsaid.

Operating in transparency is always valued, because your team is in the trenches with you everyday, making it happen.

However, it's your job as a Founder to shield them from unnecessary news that can have a negative impact on their well being and productivity.

Remember, just ask yourself - "Is sharing this with my team going to hurt them more than help them?"
