I founded TallyCare Inc. to solve a problem I’ve seen up close: the way special needs care facilities still rely on paper binders and disconnected processes that make it hard to capture insights, stay compliant, and provide the best care possible. With a personal connection to the special needs community through my family, I know how much quality of care depends on the people and systems supporting it.

Before launching TallyCare, I spent over a decade in banking, working across private banking, small business, and commercial lending, where I learned firsthand how small businesses operate and scale. I later transitioned into product management roles at Amazon and Intuit, focusing on AI-driven solutions and customer experience at scale. That mix of financial, operational, and product experience gave me the tools to build a platform that doesn’t just “go digital,” but truly works for the care providers who need it.

TallyCare is designed for small businesses running residential care facilities. Our platform replaces paper logging with digital documentation, real-time reporting, and tools that make compliance easier and insights clearer—freeing staff and owners to focus on what truly matters: the well-being of the individuals they support.

We’re currently working with early pilot facilities in California and are building toward scaling nationwide. My mission with TallyCare is simple: to raise the standard of care for special needs consumers by giving the businesses that serve them the technology they deserve.
