Army veteran with 30 years in sales, now semi-retired and throwing everything into building AiDealCloser.
Bio
I’m an Army veteran with 30 years in sales, from telecommunications to insurance. Along the way, I’ve had some humbling experiences — contributing to welfare reform in the 1990s, which even led to an appearance on the Oprah Winfrey Show.
Most recently, while researching how to generate leads in the insurance business, I stumbled on a golden opportunity in AI. That was my “WOW!” moment — I dropped everything to pursue it. Now, semi-retired, I’ve invested everything I have into building AiDealCloser because I truly believe it will be a unicorn product.

Elevator Pitch
AiDealCloser helps businesses win back lost deals by giving every salesperson their own 24/7 AI assistant that follows up with prospects through SMS and voice. Instead of letting opportunities walk out the door, AiDealCloser re-engages them automatically, turning missed chances into closed sales.

Entrepreneurship | 90 / 100 | Entrepreneurship isn’t just what someone does — it’s who they are inside. What I learned during welfare reform was that success comes from truly knowing the mission, having the determination to reach point B, and never overlooking an opportunity. The Oprah Winfrey Show appearance opened doors that allowed me to reach decision-makers across the country and help change legislation. Entrepreneurship is about recognizing those rare opportunities, believing in them, and using them to accomplish something bigger. I believe this opportunity with Startups.com can do the same — opening new doors and fueling the mission behind AiDealCloser. |
Founder | 85 / 100 | One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that today’s news is tomorrow’s trash — opportunities don’t last forever, so you’ve got to ride the wave while you can. Opportunity recognition means spotting the right moment, knowing when to act, and moving quickly to make it count. That principle carries into AiDealCloser, where I see AI today as being in the same place the internet was in the mid to late -1990s — a golden moment to seize before the wave passes by. |
Pain Points | 80 / 100 | Every business challenge comes down to one thing: solving pain points. The key is identifying the real problem, laying out all the options, and choosing the best path forward — then acting on it at the right time. That’s the foundation of my work, from decades in sales to building AiDealCloser. The mission is always the same: understand what’s broken, provide the best solution, and deliver it before the opportunity slips away. |
Media Appearance | 75 / 100 | Teamwork has always been at the center of everything anyone who has accomplished a lot has done. No one achieves big goals entirely on their own — it takes collaboration, trust, and the willingness to support others along the way. The most meaningful progress comes when people share ideas, combine strengths, and help each other succeed. Collaboration and teamwork aren’t just helpful; they’re essential for turning challenges into accomplishments. |
