Based in Atlanta, Brian helps clients get through the weeds of the overall hiring process by mentoring and advising them from start to finish with a customized full lifecycle approach. We advise on the type of person(s) needed, the correct budget for the hire(s), the development of job description(s), interview process, selecting the right candidate, and then ensuring employee retention.
Brian brings nearly 30 years of Executive Recruitment and Sales and Recruiting Leadership across multiple industries. Brian has been involved in the founding and early-stage start-up of multiple Human Capital Placement and Consulting organizations including Global Talent Advisory Partners, Zyston, LLC, HUNTER, The Intersect Group, and Impact Innovations Group. Brian has been awarded as a top executive and collaborative leader and producer in each of the organizations he has founded or joined.
Prior to founding Global Talent Advisory Partners and joining Rowe Global, Brian was a Partner and co-founder of Zyston LLC where he built and led the Executive Search and Human Capital Placement divisions which included advising clients on type and level of executive needed in their organization. While at Zyston, Brian managed and completed a large number of successful CISO, CIO, CMO, CHRO, and CLO searches.
