I am a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience driving exceptional sales performance, expanding territories, and developing new accounts. Based in Las Vegas, NV, I have a proven track record of managing comprehensive sales cycles through CRM systems, expertly navigating complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders.

Currently, I serve as the Founder and President of Ballistic Systems, where I focus on bringing to market innovative solutions to help protect our children while at school. My proficiency in advocating for emerging technologies and leading sales teams has resulted in significant revenue growth.

Previously, I worked as a Sales Consultant Engineer at Johnson Controls, promoting active shooter prevention and life safety integration systems and services to local casinos, the Army National Guard, the US Airforce, and enterprise customers. I also served as the National Sales Manager at AVITS Consulting and Engineering, managing a 7-member Account Manager team and developing new accounts across multiple states.

My expertise includes cold calling, email campaign generation, negotiation, and deal closing, enabling a seamless transition from a sales representative to a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers, colleagues, and channel partners. I hold a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and have various certifications, including Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Crestron DigitalMedia Certified Designer.
