What's your Lean execution strategy to reach online retailers to update their Checkout forms with key customer information? Retailers not paying.

The Third Party logistic firms have created a gap in the supply chain resulting in high operation costs to themselves and bad customer experience for retailers. The solution is teaming up with the retailers to fix the flaw.

If I was you I would talk to those companies that have had great approach with retailers and learn from them. Some of this companies (not limit to this list) are: Reserve, Foursquare, Yelp, Density, Estimote
Learn from them, maybe even partner with them

Can you explain or reword your question...totally confused at why online retailers would update customer info.... Their customers? Their own?
