My name is Nathan Hirsch and I am the Co -Founder of OutsourceSchool.com where I teach my hiring process and Ecombalance.com a monthly bookkeeping service for Ecommerce Sellers and Agencies
I am most known for building and selling FreeeUp with my partner Connor Gillivan. FreeeUp started with 5k in 2015 and was acquired in 2019: https://freeeup.com/blog/freeeup-updates/freeeup-acquired-by-hoth/
A little background:
In 2006, I founded my first online venture out of my college dorm room, selling and buying student textbooks. I rapidly scaled my e-commerce business, bootstrapping from a $20 student - cause initiative to a multi-million dollar e-tailer clocking in revenues in excess of $25 million on Amazon across a 6 year period while serving over 10,000 customers. But I always had one problem. It took me way too long to find talent.
I built FreeeUp to address the frustrations I had. FreeeUp receives thousands of freelancer applicants each week to join the marketplace. FreeeUp interviews and vets them, take the top 1% (based on skill, attitude and communication), and makes them available to clients quickly whenever they need them. On the backend, FreeeUp has 24/7 support to make sure clients have a good experience. Lastly, they have a no turnover guarantee covering replacement costs if the freelancer ever quits. FreeeUp works with thousands of business all over the world.
Outsource School is an education membership platform for entrepreneurs that want to learn how to scale their business hiring reliable virtual assistants. This was built after we sold FreeeUp to help people learn how we hire. The platform provides systems to help make hiring virtual assistants easy and effective.
Our new company, EcomBalance, is all about helping the eCommerce industry better understand their numbers and finances. Our core offer is monthly bookkeeping services and we also offer add-on services like payroll, AR, AP, sales tax, forecasting, and custom reports.
Honesty, integrity, ethics and superlative customer experience have always been the four professional cornerstones of my success.

If you are operating on a small budget the best way is to find the workers yourself. Any company or agency will have slightly higher rates. In return you usually get more reliability. Its a trade off. I am an outsourcing expert, feel free to reach out to me if needed.
