It doesn't really matter what you overthink. Overthinking is just fear wearing a productivity costume. It feels like you're solving something. You're not. You're just postponing the moment you have to trust yourself by getting real with yourself. The thought is not the truth. It's a projection — a movie your mind plays in a cinema that doesn't exist yet. Peace doesn't come from resolving every thought. It comes from realising you don't have to. You've survived 100% of your worst days so far. Your mind just forgot to update its files.
