I was coaching a CEO recently who was focused on improving their company culture. They listed all the action steps they were taking, and when I read the list back, they realized they were already doing the right things. But two key elements were missing to achieve the results they wanted:
Most results take longer than we expect. You might feel like you're not making progress in the short term, but consistency over time adds up. Tracking your results helps you see what's working and lets you adjust. Often, staying consistent and documenting your progress is the simplest method to achieving your goal.
