He managed execution of alluvial and hard-rock gold projects in complex international environments, including project financing, regulatory compliance, operational oversight, and stakeholder relations.
• From January 2016 to February 2019, Mr. Turley served as President and Director of MGL. He directed strategic planning, operational development, permitting efforts, and stakeholder engagement for this large-scale alluvial and hard-rock gold initiative in a historic Nevada mining district.
