I’m Tom Greco — a husband, father, and operator who has spent more than two decades helping financial services and fintech organizations scale responsibly.
On the personal side, I’m the proud father of Gia (18), husband to Amanda for 19 years, and the devoted (and slightly overruled) fur-father to Daisy, our 4-year-old dog. Family is the grounding force behind how I lead, advise, and build.
Professionally, my career has focused on the intersection of operations, compliance, customer experience, and technology. I’ve held senior leadership roles and provided hands-on consultancy at companies such as Petal, GreenSky, and Thrive Financial, where I specialized in regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and the construction of scalable Policy & Procedure frameworks. Across these environments, I’ve authored and implemented dozens of audited operational policies that successfully withstood bank partner examinations and regulatory scrutiny, directly enabling growth, funding relationships, and platform trust.
In parallel with compliance and operations, I’ve developed formal training in software development life cycles, working closely with engineering teams to translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into executable technical solutions. I also have hands-on training in SQL, allowing me to work directly with data, validate reporting logic, and bridge the gap between product, compliance, and engineering teams.
What ties my work together is a simple belief: execution matters as much as intent. Fintech startups don’t fail because they lack ideas — they fail because they don’t know how to navigate a world where there are historical rules, mores and norms that aren’t written down or widely available unless there is someone to act as a guide AND PROVIDE TOOLS. I work with founders and leadership teams to ensure that operations, compliance, and technology scale together, creating durable businesses that earn the trust of customers, partners, banks, and regulators alike.
Today, I continue to advise and operate alongside startups and growth-stage companies, helping them turn complexity into clarity and ambition into execution.
Integris Solutions is a pre-seed stage fintech SaaS company building Integris Comply™, the first automated compliance monitoring platform purpose-built for lenders and financial services companies. While lenders spend over $60 billion annually on compliance and another $60 billion in the last five years on regulatory enforcement actions, 70% of those actions occurred simply because companies failed to follow their own written policies and procedures — a problem no existing technology solution has solved at scale. Integris Comply™ closes that gap by allowing lenders to upload their own policies and procedures, connect their loan execution data, and automatically monitor 100% of lending activity against their own documented intent — delivering real-time compliance scores, error reports, and remediation workflows that give bank partners, investors, and regulators the evidence-based assurance they demand. Founded by a team of seasoned operators from Capital One, GreenSky, Petal, and Paymerang, Integris is targeting a $61 billion tangible addressable market with an initial go-to-market focus on point-of-sale lenders, Buy Now Pay Later providers, early wage access companies, and debt consolidation providers.
