Sobha World City is a new city that will have homes and cover 300 acres of land. The first part of the building is spread out over 48 acres and has 5,406 apartments with 1, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, and 4.5 BHK sizes. The apartments are between 703 and 2,407 square feet. The official start date for the project is set for May 2026.
