Most of my business career was Marketing and Branding, but in 2017, I followed my passion to be a personal and group fitness trainer so I could personally help people get better in any aspect of their life from fitness & nutrition to routines and life goals. I also own a Healthy Recipe & Meal Prep app called "Let's Meal Prep" and founded FLAT ROPE, the safer weighted jump rope.
