About Matthew

I’m the Founder & CTO of OmniMint and an Army veteran with more than nine years across software engineering, technical program leadership, and enterprise delivery. I help founders translate unclear requirements into practical architecture, coordinated delivery plans, and reliable workflow automation.

My experience includes secure software development, leadership across 10 engineering teams, and workflow and reporting automations generating an estimated $250K+ in annual labor savings. At OmniMint, I lead product and technical development of a platform for independent investment advisers.

I completed my Executive MBA at UTSA in May 2025 and am an M.S. Software Engineering candidate at St. Mary’s University, with graduation expected in December 2026. My ongoing capstone explores multi-agent workflow evaluation, automated auditing, and targeted remediation.

Company

OmniMint is building the operating system for independent investment advisers. Today, firms juggle disconnected tools for client management, portfolio operations, billing and compliance. We bring those workflows together around one client record, with AI preparing the work and advisers approving the decisions. Our goal is to reduce software costs and administrative work so firms can serve more clients without growing overhead at the same pace.
