As the founding engineer and technical architect, I led the end-to-end architecture and development of an AI-first ecosystem that combines large language models, recommendation systems, visual recognition, and multi-provider travel APIs. I architected a fully agentic system orchestrated across multiple AI models, leveraging fine-tuning pipelines and task-specific model routing to optimize performance, accuracy, and cost. This multi-model orchestration enables intelligent decision-making, contextual understanding, and adaptive user experiences across the platform. The system delivers conversational discovery, personalized recommendations, and real-time booking capabilities—redefining how users plan and purchase travel experiences through a seamless, AI-native interface.

Mana Games is a video game platform where users can discover new games and interact socially to play peer to peer challenges for rewards. My role included managing a team of 20 engineers to develop and maintain the Mana Games list of services such as scholar systems, blockchain smart contract-based interactions with gaming results, tournament platform, and wallet system. Started with a team of 2 engineers and grew the development and technical teams to 20 engineers including product development and Quality Control. My primary role was leading the team, mentoring engineers, DevOps, and architectural navigation of the applications.

Scaled the engineering organization from 2 to 20+ team members, building out engineering, product, and QA to support a full gaming + blockchain platform. Led the development of a peer-to-peer gaming ecosystem with rewards, including tournament systems, wallet infrastructure, and smart contract-based game result validation. Architected and deployed a blockchain-integrated platform, enabling secure reward distribution, player ownership, and transparent game outcomes. Built and managed a scholar system that allowed asset owners to onboard and monetize players at scale. Owned the end-to-end technical architecture, including backend services, smart contracts, DevOps, and infrastructure. Universal Smart Contracts is pushing the blockchain adoption efforts forward by supplying all businesses the power to implement new blockchain strategies to their existing platforms and applications at no additional cost. As the COO/CIO, my role is to oversee the daily operations of the business. I managed an amazing team of engineers who are passionate and experienced in building the future of online transactions in a blockchain. We use a multi-blockchain approach to our platform, which means we must be experts in several different protocols, and work with our business development groups to understand the business needs in two dozen different industries. I worked closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to create sales and marketing teams and worked together to create product packages that are marketable to our SME markets. This included engagements with customers, or our partners customers to evaluate use cases, and improve the user experience from a B2B and B2B2C strategy.
