Born and raised in a education, I bring a unique perspective to business, shaped by my diverse background in management and hospitality. My approach to business is rooted in my commitment to accessibility, growth, and creating opportunities for students.

My entrepreneurial journey is deeply personal. I am inspired by the legacy of my mother, Dr. Betty Anne Hilton, whose work as an advocate for education and empowerment has had a lasting impact on me. She taught me the importance of helping others rise through education and support, and it’s this mission that drives the work I do with Appli. Through this platform, I’m focused on providing students with the tools, resources, and guidance they need to unlock their potential and thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Appli creates comprehensive platforms for high school students by empowering them to document achievements and take ownership of their journey. We offer support to students of mentorships, resume building, college admissions, financial aid, grants, scholarships, and volunteer opportunities.
