I am the Founder and CEO of Pro Practice Solutions, a revenue cycle management (RCM) company that helps medical practices get paid faster, cut down on denials and take billing off their plate. Pro Practice Solutions is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and works with providers nationwide through a fully remote model.
I have 25 years of experience in healthcare billing and holds a Revenue Cycle Management certificate from AAPC, the leading credentialing organization for medical coding and billing. I built Pro Practice Solutions after seeing how much revenue good practices lose to coding errors, missed follow-ups and payer red tape.
The firm covers the full revenue cycle: charge review and coding audits, claim submission, denial management and appeals, A/R follow-up and clear performance reporting. Its results come from digging into the root cause of each problem. When a Florida client came on with a 41% denial rate, I found what was drives these denial which mainly included billing to insurers where the provider was out of network. I carefully fixed what could be fixed and brought the denial rate down to 18% within the first month.

I’m based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and run my business fully remote, serving practices across the country. Outside of work, I love crafting, gardening, cooking and spending time with friends. I’m a natural organizer and researcher at heart, so I spend a lot of my free time learning the latest healthcare compliance rules.
