I’m De’Andre White, Founder & CEO of Packing Tape Logistics, bringing 25+ years of transportation and operations experience into the 4PL space. My background spans routing, warehousing, safety, team leadership, and high-volume transportation environments—giving me a frontline understanding of how freight actually moves and where the inefficiencies are.

Before building PTL, I spent years in critical roles at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority as a Line Instructor and Union Lead. These positions sharpened my ability to manage risk, streamline workflows, train teams, and operate within large, high-stakes systems. That experience is the foundation behind PTL’s operational discipline today.

At Packing Tape Logistics, I’m focused on building a scalable 4PL model that integrates technology, real-world transportation expertise, and flexible supply-chain design. Our work spans freight coordination, warehousing, cross-border logistics, and end-to-end supply-chain support for businesses across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The goal is clear: reduce friction, improve visibility, and create repeatable, margin-strong logistics systems for SMBs and mid-market companies.

In addition to PTL, I’m the COO at E.M. Global LLC, where I oversee SaaS product execution, core operations, and strategic growth. With roots in computer science and current studies in Business Administration at Moreno Valley College, I combine technical insight with operational leadership—allowing me to build systems that scale and maintain strong unit economics.

Outside of business, I’m a husband, father of four, and longtime Sickle Cell Advocate. I stay grounded in community, intentional growth, and real-world problem solving—values that shape both my leadership style and the companies I build.
