About Dawid
I bring 25 years of programming experience and 18 years as a hands-on CTO, delivering innovative technology solutions for startups, SMEs, and government organizations. Throughout my career, I’ve built hundreds of customized e-commerce platforms (both B2C and B2B), transactional systems, countless APIs, and corporate systems for a wide range of industries and global clients.
Recently, I co-founded Careera, an AI-driven recruitment platform, and SharpAPI, an AI-powered API platform for workflow automation. Since 2022 I have also been working as a CTO-as-a-Service, helping startups and SMEs scale their operations through technology audits, team building, and strategy refinement.
Prior to that, I served as CTO of Changi Travel Services (ChangiRecommends), the retail arm of Changi Airport Group, for three years. There, I led a comprehensive digital transformation, building over 20 product lines across industries such as FinTech, insurance, retail, logistics, and travel, while driving changes across technology, operations, and culture.
Earlier in my career, I served as CTO of BeMyGuest, Asia’s leading B2B technology provider for tours and activities. During my time there, the company earned accolades like “Best Business Innovation” at the 2016 Singapore Tourism Awards and a spot on Fast Company’s “World’s Most Innovative Companies in 2016” (travel category). I’m passionate about merging technical expertise with entrepreneurial spirit to create impactful solutions at scale.
