Managing Partner of an innovative coaching practice, entrepreneur to entrepreneur. We help founders and their venture partners overcome the unique everyday challenges in today’s startup world. We are entrepreneurs first, yet we are also certified mediators that know how conflict, team dynamic, and disruption can cripple even the most promising team. We've lived as founders from napkin to IPO, so we created Endure simply because as founders ourselves, there were times where we would have valued a credible team that could help us work through the same complex issues today's founders are going through; not as consultants, but as a neutral voice helping smart teams get back to the business of success.
