Ken Greenberg has extensive experience as an Organizational Development professional, Investment Banker, and a Private Equity professional. Ken is the Manager and majority owner of Green Capital, LLC, which founded Eddy Corp.

Ken also serves as the Senior Managing Director for Auctus Search Partners, LLC, an executive search and leadership development firm.

At Auctus, Ken recruits and helps with the selection of senior executives for all types of organizations including portfolio companies of private equity firms. In addition, Ken leads work with private equity firms to recruit platform executives to lead buyouts for new industry platforms. Auctus Search Partners recruited the current advisory board for Eddy Corp.

Ken developed a passion for renewable energy technologies in various professional roles, in Norway and during his graduate studies in Energy Finance at the University of Denver.

Eddy develops Green microgrids for water systems, water pipelines, AI and other data centers, industrial facilities, and any installation that requires water conveyance.
Together, Eddy Corp and its finance partners offer a full-service lifecycle power generation solution for water systems, AI and other data centers, and industrial facilities.
