Prior to founding InQlusiv, founded AeQualis LLC. AeQualis designed the first regular life insurance policy for people living with HIV. The product was created with Munich Re and launched on World Aids Day in 2016, originally with Prudential and eventually four other insurers. Prior to AeQualis worked as CEO of ILS LLC, a Goldman/NFP subsidiary and previous to that worked as co-head of the ILS trading desk in Bear Stearns Equity Derivatives. Before Bear Stearns was an SVP and VP in a number of specialist insurance and reinsurance companies starting as General Counsel at Minet NA.
