First I worked in a large Food CPG company in Switzerland in procurement and general management, before arriving in the US in 2015. I was then a kind of co-founder (3rd in the company and shareholder) of a company called Natural Sourcing International, an Organic Food Private Label start-up manufacturing for major retailers in the US such as Walmart, Cost-Co, Whole Foods… We bootstrapped the business and scaled it to $50M in 6 years and supplied the top 10 retailers in the country. There, I was responsible for the whole Supply Chain building, Procurement, product development, co-manufacturing and Quality aspect of the business which is at out our core. Fed-up of many lies and cheats in the Natural food space, We then started with my Wife and partner a new DTC company called Bebon, a truly Non Toxic & Plastic free beauty brand for kids and babies. Our concept is unique because our entire product Is biodegradable, including our packaging made of wood chips and bio binders. We have the ambition to launch this summer and find an accelerator to help us navigate through the DTC world and become a leader in the green & sustainable beauty. Our mission is to protect our kids future and build a brand that can benefit them, reason why for each product sold we will also plant trees in the US.
