Elevator Pitch

Micro is building the infrastructure for pay-per-use software, to help end online subscription fatigue for users. We are building a universal wallet for users to use their favorite online tools and consolidate them into one place without having to subscribe to each thing online.

Today, Micro consists of three products:

----a) The Marketplace: A directory where users can discover software that already offers pay-per-use pricing instead of requiring a monthly subscription.

----b) The Browser Extension: While users browse software websites, the extension identifies whether a tool offers pay-per-use pricing through Micro. If it doesn't, users can add it to a wishlist, helping demonstrate demand to software companies and encouraging them to adopt usage-based pricing.

----c) The Subscription Audit Tool: An AI-powered audit of your software subscriptions. Users enter the tools they currently pay for, and Micro analyzes each one to find pay-per-use alternatives.

Our long-term vision is to become a universal pay-per-use wallet for software. Instead of managing dozens of subscriptions, users would maintain a single Micro wallet. As they use participating software, Micro would automatically track their usage and charge their wallet accordingly, allowing them to pay only for what they actually use. Developers would receive usage-based payments seamlessly, while users gain a simpler, more flexible way to access software.
