Notable achievements include creating the U.S.’s first HMO, launching innovative medical devices, and introducing an AI-driven interactive content delivery network with real-time multi-streaming and advertising patents. As CEO of NETSTAIRS and MAXWELL RAND, Moradi continues to provide strategic, two-step Pre-IPO, IPO Listings, PIPE, M&A, and wealth advisory services.
