About Kenneth
Mr. Kiron is a founding partner and the inventor of the EdgeShares tracking error solution for Leveraged Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). He is also one of the early pioneers in the ETF Industry and is a subject matter expert on ETF product design, structure, patent licensing, product positioning, regulatory frameworks and implementation. He has spoken at Industry conferences both domestically and internationally and has assisted multiple Tier 1 ETF providers in preparing their ETFs for launch. He has spent over 30 years within the financial services industry on both the buy and sell side, with expertise in new product development, delivery and client management. He is the named inventor on 5 issued patents related to Exchange Traded Funds.
Prior to founding EdgeShares, he served as Vice President for the trading and risk department at Millennium Partners, a NY based hedge fund. He also worked at Barclays Capital on the structured products desk and at Swiss Bank/ O’Connor. Mr. Kiron was the founder and CEO of Real Time Mutual Funds, which offered a turnkey technology solution to issuers of ETFs. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with with a degree in Finance.
