Bio
I’m the Founder & CEO of Southern Grace Hospitality, a faith-driven company focused on building technology that serves people, not just profits.
I spent over 25 years in hospitality as an executive chef and operator, leading teams, managing P&Ls, opening concepts, turning around failing operations, and working alongside Michelin-level chefs and kitchens. I’ve built teams, stabilized struggling businesses, and understand firsthand what it takes to keep a restaurant alive.
My journey hasn’t been perfect. I spent over 30 years battling alcohol and made the decision to step away and rebuild my life around my faith and my family. After more than five years sober, I faced a relapse during a difficult period, which nearly cost me everything. Today, I’m over a year sober again and more focused than ever.
That experience shaped how I lead, how I build, and ultimately led me to create GraceNetOS — with the goal of helping operators gain control, clarity, and confidence in their business.
Southern Grace Hospitality was built on those values — second chances, discipline, and purpose. Through GraceNetOS, I’m working to give restaurant owners and teams the tools to make better decisions in real time and take control of their operations.
Right now, I’m focused on building our MVP, working directly with test restaurants, and preparing for our first raise. My mission is simple: build something that actually helps the people doing the work every day.
Elevator Pitch
GraceNet is an early-warning system for restaurant profit. It tells you when a shift is about to lose money, how much you’re about to lose, and what to do to fix it — before it happens. Built from 25 years in the kitchen, not theory.
