Following the first launch of a new matchmaking app helping user Connect with other singles through their networks and which reached 7k users, we then decided to pivot to a different version which we rebuilt from the ground up as a web app. After getting to the end of my runway and having taken a full time Job to pay the bills a few months ago, I have resolved to give my company a French start, open to pivot again and looking forward to bootstrap it leveraging all the tools accessible (Claude, Base44, Lovable etc.) to find a new idea, validate The MVP and move on
