I'm Adam Miller, solo founder of GBaxOS outcome verification infrastructure that cryptographically binds obligations to independent evidence of fulfillment. "Verify, Then Move".
I'm based in Fairhope, Alabama, and spent ~15 years in residential construction, ten as a superintendent running large concurrent custom builds across the Gulf Coast.
The startup arrived in March 2025, was validated on a call with a specialist at Thompson Patent Law, and I've put 1,000+ hours into it since - iterating with AI models through multiple pivots from a garden-shed office in Fairhope. Today: a working prototype, a provisional patent draft, a five-module architecture. Not yet: revenue, a team, funding. I'm looking for the capital and network to go from grit to scale, and a technical co-founder to build it with. What I've proven beyond dispute: I don't stop.

Construction stakeholders need payment decisions that reliably reflect what has actually been paid and waived, not just what appears correct on paper, but today signed lien waivers, draw requests, and payment records often diverge from real cash flows without detection—especially on multi-tier residential projects—because there is no primitive that verifiably reconciles a committed obligation with an independently sourced outcome event, or ensures that downstream routing of money is conditioned on that verified outcome.
The GBaxOS Solution
Our solution introduces a straightforward "truth check" that integrates with existing systems.
For every payment, it compares the documented plan with the actual transactions confirmed by banks or other independent sources.
A match signals "all good," while a mismatch flags a problem, allowing for resolution before further funds are disbursed.
This system offers three key benefits:
