Elevator Pitch
At Maloy Aircraft, we understand the looming shortage of pilots within the industry. Our founder is a current Boeing 747 pilot and sees the pilot shortage first hand. This problem is projected to continue for the next decade. To tackle this expanding market head-on, our approach is to shake up the traditional pilot training methods currently utilized, and develop a business model that views the pilot as a B2B product. By eliminating financial barriers, we be able to access a larger scope of qualified individuals from more diverse backgrounds and provide them with a meaningful career while servicing the demands of the airline hiring requirements.
