I'm Hector Correa, founder of College Major Formula. With over 25 years of experience as an international business and technology consultant, I have worked in diverse industries.
As a professional life and business coach, I work with high-level executives and entrepreneurs from the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Education is at the core of my heart. When I'm not conducting workshops, I devote my time to non-profit organizations in Mexico, the United States, and Africa. I'm honored to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy Fund (IMSA Fund), one of the most esteemed STEM high schools in the United States. I also hold a position on the Board of Directors for The Dandelion Philosophy in South Africa. Moreover, I'm actively engaged with Educando WorldFund in the United States and Promesa Educativa in Mexico.
Elevator Pitch
We offer workshops for High School students and parents of students to help them find the college degree that best matches their human needs. Our workshops are based on human needs psychology that provide a much deeper understanding a much higher probability to choose the right college major.
